How is the €55/hour language class rate priced per student when I have a corporate cohort?
The €55/hour class rate is charged per class, not per student. A class of 1 student costs €55/hour. A class of 6 students costs €55/hour. For corporate cohorts at full class size, that works out to roughly €9 per learner per hour — one of the most competitive corporate language training rates in the market. Class size is capped at 6 students to ensure every learner has active speaking practice.
Why do you bill translation by the hour instead of per word?
Certified translation quality varies significantly across document types — a birth certificate takes less time per word than a legal contract with defined terminology, which takes less time than a specialized clinical dossier. Hourly billing gives clients an accurate estimate for their specific project rather than an average per-word rate that may over- or under-charge. Our translators provide an hour estimate before beginning work so there are no surprises.
What's included in a "block of 25 classes"?
Twenty-five weekly 1.5-hour classes — the equivalent of a full academic semester of consistent weekly instruction. Paid in full before the first class is scheduled. This option is preferred by corporate clients and families planning around the school year because it locks in the schedule and pricing upfront and reduces monthly admin.
Are there volume or long-term discounts?
Yes. Corporate multi-cohort programs, large-volume translation contracts, and long-term engagements qualify for negotiated rates. These are discussed one-on-one during contract formulation because the right discount depends on cohort structure, program length, service mix, and outcome metrics. What happens if a teacher needs to cancel a class?
