We start with the business KPIs your team is measured on (NPS, win rate, time-to-close, CSAT, escalation rate, audit pass rate). The language curriculum is reverse-engineered from those metrics. Progress reports tie language gains to KPI movement.
Live cohort + async lab format
Two live small-group sessions per week (3–6 learners per cohort) plus an async lab with role-play scenarios, recorded model dialogues, peer discussion prompts, and progress quizzes. Learners get ~5 hours of guided practice per week.
Dedicated cohort manager
Every cohort gets a single dedicated cohort manager who's your point of contact — schedule changes, attendance issues, progress reporting, escalations. You don't get triaged into a customer-service queue.
LMS-ready micro-lessons
All materials (slides, recordings, quizzes, glossaries) are delivered in formats that drop directly into your internal LMS (SCORM 1.2/2004, xAPI). You own the materials forever — no per-seat licensing, no expiring access.

Beyond language, our coaches advise on cultural patterns in meetings, negotiations, and feedback styles. For teams expanding into German, French, Dutch, or Russian markets, this is often the difference between a deal closing and a deal stalling.
